Ingredients

  • Mochiko, 1 box
  • Almond Milk (Soy or Coconut work as well), 450ml
  • Safflower Oil, 150 ml
  • Maple Syrup, 150 ml
  • Himalayan salt, 1/2 tsp
  • Baking Powder, 2 tbs
  • Coco Powder, 7-8 tbls

Preparation

  • Mix the dry ingredients together
  • Mix the wet ingredients together
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients
  • Lightly, lightly, oil the pan (brownie pan)
  • Cook from 15-30 minutes (I have a small oven which requires a shorter cook time)

**My most recent batch was incredibly yummy and moist, I added some more safflower oil to make the batter more liquid**
